Parties / celebrations / noise pollution
The house rules of Villa Marcelle prohibit the production, execution or organization of private parties in houses. Organizing parties without prior approval from our side will mean that we retain the entire deposit. All complaints, fines, damages, payments and possible eviction from the house resulting from this will be (in addition to the retention of the deposit) at the expense of the tenant; Villa Marcelle is not liable for this. This also applies to any form of noise nuisance. Marcelle has the right to deny further access to the villa.
Smoking ban
Smoking is not allowed in the entire villa.
Pets
Pets of tenants are not welcome in Villa Marcelle. Exceptions to this will be determined by Marcelle.
Capacity and occupancy
Each apartment is set up for a maximum of 4 people. It is not allowed to stay in the house with more people than previously indicated when booking, unless this has been discussed with Marcelle in the meantime and approved by her. The guests are at all times responsible for the number of occupants, whereby children over the age of two count as full persons. In the event that you do not adhere to this, Marcelle has the right to take appropriate measures: evacuation of the house and/or additional costs. Additional costs amount to € 350,- per person per night
Furniture and other belongings
It is forbidden to remove furniture or make other interior changes according to your own taste. The furniture and other goods may only be used for the purpose for which they are intended. If at the end of the rental period furniture or goods are no longer present or out of use due to other than normal use, they must be paid for or replaced by the tenant. This condition also applies to the upholstery, wallpaper and the building in general. In the event of damage, the value of the broken or cracked goods, the cleaning costs for stained carpets, blankets, mattresses, bedding, etc. must be reimbursed by the tenant. The tenant will only use the furniture and other goods in the rooms in which they are placed. It is forbidden to move them outside the rented property. Blockages: The tenant will not throw anything into washbasins, bath tubs, showers, toilets, drains, etc. that could block the pipes. If this were to happen, the tenant will be responsible for the costs incurred for removing these blockages.
The parasols must be folded and tied every night and in case of wind. If a parasol breaks during your stay, a new one will be charged.
