Payment
After you have completed the reservation form, the apartment will be definitively reserved for you and the documents will be sent to you by email.
Check that the reservation is correct and that all names are spelled correctly. If something is wrong, please let us know as soon as possible. After you have received confirmation of the reservation of the apartment, a deposit of 30% of the rental price of the total agreed travel sum must be paid. This deposit must be credited to the bank account within 2 days. The remaining 70% of the outstanding amount must be credited to the bank account before 6 weeks before departure. For reservations within 6 weeks before departure, an urgent transfer must be made and the amount must be credited to the bank account within 24 hours. In the event of late payment, the traveler is in default. Marcelle has the right to cancel the booking.
The total price for which you have reserved the apartment consists of the rental price and any additional costs for additional products.
You can pay by bank transfer, the account number is stated on the (proforma) invoice.
Deposit
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer before the start of the rental period. The exact amount of the deposit and the method of payment are stated on the reservation confirmation that you receive from Marcelle. The deposit will be returned to you within 10 days after the day of departure if the deposit has been paid by bank transfer. You will receive the entire deposit back if the house is still in the same condition as when you arrived; i.e. without damage, tidy, and the key has been returned to Marcelle before 9 am.
If damage is found to the property, the deposit may be held for a longer period of time until the exact costs of the damage have been determined.
Damage will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, you are also liable for the excess
Tourist tax
The tourist tax applies per night for adults (18+).
